Benefits of creating an account include:
- Ability to re-enter and update information if the application is not completed in one sitting.
- Ability to have some information on file at DHHS prefilled on the application if you are currently receiving assistance or previously received or applied for assistance in the last six months.
- Allows for additional programs to be applied for without re-entry of all information.
- Allows for review/recertification applications to be completed faster due to updating the existing information.
- Allows for the use of Benefit Inquiry screens on the ACCESSNebraska website so you can check status, eligibility and view notices on Assistance programs.
